Workspace of the week is iNautix ’s agile workspace based in Pune, India. This workspace was created to be an incredibly agile space for the employees to enjoy. iNautix’s 44,000 sqft office was inspired by the theme of speed and efficiency. This theme was introduced by creating a 2 lane-jogging track that flowed through the workspace. This fun and dynamic addition to the office represents the company’s ideology of efficiency and iNautix’s ethos of speed and performance. As you follow the track around the workspace you’ll find a range of places for productive working. The layout of desks within the track is comprised of hot desks, linear workstations and fluid tables that creates areas that are ideal for a mixture of collaborative or independent focused work. You can also find sleek glass meeting rooms and pillars with writable surfaces that can be used for brainstorming ideas with teams and uniquely designed acoustic ceilings to control the sound in the largely populated areas of the workspace. Another main focal point throughout the workspace is the open air theatre located in the centre of the office. This area is used for semi-formal meeting points where employees can use the floor cushions or the high bar stools located behind the cushions. This arena also doubles up as a venue to hold important meetings and events while introducing global connectivity with the use of the large interactive screens that prominently stand in the centre. While this workspace boasts a range of places to work collaboratively and independently, iNautix have ensured that their workspace caters and attracts young and dynamic employees with the perfect balance of vibrant design and openness complete with fun elements that represents the company’s ethos too.
