20/11/2025, LONDON, UK: Spacestor has opened submissions for the Workspace of the Year 2026, launching a new global initiative that spotlights the most forward-thinking workplace designs from across the world.
Running from November 20 2025 to October 31 2026, the competition invites entries for both the weekly Workspace of the Week highlights and the ultimate annual award.
The programme is open to architects, interior designers, occupiers, furniture dealers, and design-and-build firms, reinforcing Spacestor’s commitment to celebrating the full spectrum of workplace creators.
Projects are eligible regardless of whether they include Spacestor products.
Selected Workspaces of the Week will be featured across Spacestor’s digital platforms, recognising outstanding design talent and building a longlist for the final judging.
The Workspace of the Year will be chosen by an external panel of experts from the fields of architecture, consultancy, and workplace strategy, to be announced.
Eligibility & Criteria
Submissions are open to any workplace project completed between January 2023 and December 2026. Entries will be evaluated across four areas:
• Design innovation: originality, materiality, use of colour, and support for modern workstyles
• Human focus: wellbeing, collaboration, and inclusivity
• Sustainability: responsible materials, social community contribution, long-term adaptability, recognition received
• Storytelling: strength of the project’s narrative or brand expression
Prize
The winning project team will receive a celebratory evening of their choice, with terms and conditions applying.
