For their new Warrington office space, the main objective was to create a flexible space that would encourage collaboration and provide employees with maximum choice over their work environment.
As a recruitment company, 360 are daily holding client meetings, and bringing them into their space. This added an extra level to the design, as the space had to have the ability to wow visitors and clients as well as giving a visual reminder of 360's culture and brand. The initial welcome to the space is striking, with a combination of neon lighting, a living wall, and a circular bar with hanging storage at the centre.
