Sales Support Specialist

Spacestor blends California cool with London design to create inspiring workspace furniture for clients across the globe. We’re seeking a Sales Support Specialist in our New York City Design Center (NoMad / Flatiron area) to help drive sales success across the US & Canada.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in turning vision into reality — delivering fast, accurate quotes, supporting our sales force, and ensuring projects come to life on time and on brand. You’ll manage incoming requests, maintain CRM accuracy, and ensure smooth communication between clients, reps, and internal teams. By deepening product knowledge and owning your territory’s pipeline, you’ll become a go-to expert in quoting, project coordination, and client success — making a visible impact on both sales growth and Spacestor’s brand promise.

Responsibilities

  • Build accurate, timely quotes for our innovative, design-forward workspace products
  • Maintain CRM pipeline health: track opportunities, follow-ups, and close dates
  • Support sales reps in moving projects from quote to delivery
  • Coordinate across departments to proactively drive client and project success
  • Bring projects to life by serving as an internal resource and ensuring smooth progress
  • Champion a client-first approach and uphold brand standards

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong organization, accuracy, and time management skills
  • Excellent client communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support or CRM administration
  • Ability to work in-person at our NYC Design Center (NoMad / Flatiron area) Monday–Friday, full-time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM systems or project management tools (i.e., Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • Experience in furniture, design, or architectural products
  • Ability to start within 1–4 weeks
